This Privacy Policy explains what information OneMigo handles, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest because our data footprint is deliberately small.
Who we are
OneMigo builds and operates automated tools that publish content to, and manage community engagement on, our own LinkedIn Page. All access to LinkedIn is performed through LinkedIn's official APIs and in accordance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, and API usage policies. We do not scrape LinkedIn, and we do not access data through any unofficial means.
What our tools do
OneMigo's applications use the LinkedIn API to:
- Publish and schedule posts to the OneMigo LinkedIn Page that we own and administer.
- Read and respond to comments and community activity on that Page (for example, replying to or moderating comments on our own posts).
These tools act on behalf of the OneMigo Page and its authorized administrators only. They are not offered as a service that operates on other people's accounts or Pages.
Information we handle
- LinkedIn account and Page data accessed via the API. To publish and engage, our application uses OAuth access tokens issued by LinkedIn for the authorized OneMigo Page administrator. Through the API we access the content necessary to perform those actions — for example, the Page's posts, and the public comments and commenter information LinkedIn returns for posts on our Page.
- OAuth tokens. Access and refresh tokens issued by LinkedIn are stored securely and used only to make authorized API calls. They are never shared with third parties.
- Basic hosting logs. Like most websites, onemigo.com is served through a hosting provider that may record standard technical information (such as IP address, request time, and user-agent) for security and reliability. We do not place advertising or analytics trackers on the site.
How we use information
We use the data above solely to operate our LinkedIn Page — publishing content and engaging with the community on our own posts — and to keep our systems secure and functioning. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making about individuals.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
- We do not share LinkedIn data or OAuth tokens with third parties, except infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service (for example, our hosting provider), or where required by law.
- We do not scrape LinkedIn or collect data outside of the official API.
- We do not track site visitors beyond the basic hosting logs described above.
Data retention
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. OAuth tokens are retained while our application remains authorized and are deleted when authorization is revoked or the integration is discontinued. Content and engagement data pulled from the LinkedIn API is retained only as long as needed to perform the relevant action, and hosting logs are retained for a limited period per our provider's standard practices. You can revoke OneMigo's access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings, which stops all further API access.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including secure storage of access tokens and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect specifically to reduce risk.
Your choices
Because our tools operate on our own LinkedIn Page, most people interacting with us do so as visitors to our Page. If you have questions about data OneMigo may hold about you, or would like it addressed, contact us using the details below and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
